A Cleveland man was arrested for impaired driving, having an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle and possessing a loaded firearm. The man was pulled over for having expired plates and was found to be under the influence of alcohol and in possession of the open container. He was taken to the police station with a.242-percent blood-alcohol level, more than three times the legal limit for intoxication. Additional charges, including child endangerment, were pending at the time of the incident.
