Jersey hospital contract not signed until 'fair deal' agreed

The UK's top deputy, Deputy Tom Binet, has not yet signed a deal with a contractor to build a new hospital in Jersey, stating that he will only complete the process once a fair, balanced and sustainable agreement is in place. The cost of developing the hospital and its related healthcare facilities has been estimated at £204.2m since 2012.
