Serial Chain-Snatching Robbery Suspect Arrested In Long Beach: Police

A 19-year-old Long Beach resident, Anthony Stevens, has been arrested for allegedly stealing chain jewelry from around the necks of three victims on the same day last month. He was transported to City Jail and charged with robbery and possession of a loaded firearm. Police believe there may be additional unreported incidents.
