Southern Indiana man pleads guilty to attempted murder of his brother

A southern Indiana man, Adam Koch, has pleaded guilty to attempted murder of his brother and is expected to be sentenced to 40 years in prison. The incident occurred in Floyd County on February 26. Koch admitted to shooting at his brother's house and told police he wanted to kill his brother since 2019. He had been building up rage and stalking the house for at least two days. When he saw his brother, he missed 30 times but fired 30 times in a residential area. Despite this, Koch was also a convicted felon and faced numerous charges, which were dropped as part of his guilty plea.
