Wayne Morgan Brutton, 57, has been arrested on a manslaughter charge following a fatal altercation with Humphrey Willoughby, 50. The confrontation occurred after a reported hit-and-run in Fort Lauderdale. Willoughy had reportedly reversed and struck Brutton's vehicle twice, leading to Brutton fleeing on foot. The fight escalated when Brutton punched Willough by several times in the face, causing his injuries to the head and the body.
