The event featured 14 locations offering wine while shoppers also shopping. The Batavia MainStreet group sold out over 400 tickets for the event, which had been planned for a number of years and was a popular draw for local businesses. The wines for the Wine Walk were purchased by BataviaMainStreet from a local distributor, who curated a selection of both local and popular wines. Those who purchased tickets included 14 one-ounces pours and a commemorative wine glass.
