Chad R. Fitzgerald has joined Greenberg Glusker, one of Hollywood's most powerful law firms, as a partner in its Litigation Department. Fitzgerald, known for his role in The Walking Dead showrunner Frank Darabont and CAA in an almost decade-long profit participation battle with AMC, has worked with industry clients including fitness, gaming and toys markets. He is most prolific in handling matters out of the courts and public eye in settlements for his clients. Fitzgerald also teaches at the UCLA School of Law and serves on the Advisory Board for the Ziffren Institute for Media, Entertainment, Technology and Sports Law.
