Lanier Technical College in Georgia has officially opened its new Artificial Intelligence and Robotics Studio, a hands-on training facility designed to prepare students for careers in the high-tech manufacturing industry. The space was funded through the Georgia Artificial Intelligence in Manufacturing (Georgia AIM) grant program, which aims to expand access to AI education and workforce training across the state. The studio will support Lanier Tech's Artificial Intelligence & Automation program, providing students with hands-in-hands experience in a simulated manufacturing environment. The workspace will also be used by students studying robotics, mechatronics and industrial systems.
