Gunfire was reported at Moody Park in Milwaukee during a so-called "teens takeover" event. The incident occurred shortly after a group of teenagers were interviewed about their efforts to curb teen violence. The area surrounding the park quickly became a scene of violent clashes, with multiple shots fired and a significant number of injuries reported. The police presence was seen throughout the night, with several fights breaking out. This incident follows a previous incident involving 14 teens at BAYSHORE in Glendale that resulted in multiple arrests. The VIOLence Prevention Squad is now focusing on preventing future violence towards teens.
