This decision was made by Nicole Hamilton, a New York product designer who used weight-loss medications to slim down and live healthier before her big day. This increased demand for last-minute alterations due to rapid weight fluctuations. According to recent data from Zola, 10% of couples planning 2026 weddings were using GLPs-1 ahead of their big day, with another 10% considering. Natalie Harris, owner of Houston's Renegade Bridal & Dye Lab, said that weight fluctuations have become nearly impossible to predict since the rise of GLPs.
