Repeat Offender Arrested For Indecent Exposure In Clarendon

Donte Smith, a 41-year-old man from Virginia, has been arrested multiple times for the same offense over the last decade. Police responded to a disorderly conduct report at around 3 p.m. Saturday and arrested Smith for indecent exposure. He is also charged with assault and battery, and public intoxication. If convicted, Smith could face up to five years in prison or up to 12 months in jail.
