Inspirica CEO says winter weather has led to an increase in demand for services

The CEO of the largest provider of shelter services in Fairfield County, Rosealba Messina, has reported a decrease in demand due to the cold weather and high temperatures. The nonprofit provides housing to over 500 individuals a night, with over 4,000 people annually. The CEO urges awareness of these individuals' experiences and plans to collaborate with local and state partners to build more affordable housing in the future.
