Dangerous Man Brewing, an early favorite in Minneapolis' craft-beer boom, is set to take over HeadFlyer's taproom in Northeast. The original taproom for Dangerous Man Brewing Co. opened in 2013 but shut down 10 years later. Since then, the brewery has operated out of a Maple Lake facility and landed new owners. The move to the northeast Minneapolis location marks the end of a nearly three-year taproom hiatus for the brewery. Andrew Burns, Dangerous Man’s COO, said customers are eager for a spot to reconnect with the beer and expect more limited-release and experimental beers to be made at the new location. The new taproom will open by spring, a month or two after Head Flyer's scheduled closing date of April 5.
