Wilkin County, one of the counties investigating allegations of inappropriate behavior on a Rogers High School boys basketball team bus, has declined to file any charges over the incident. The Wilkin County Attorney's Office stated that this decision does not restrict other agencies from reviewing and prosecution. The allegations stem from a return trip from a game in northwest Minnesota in late February. Police, along with the lead agency from Douglas County, are investigating. The incident occurred on a bus that was traveling through the counties.
