Somerset County Prosecutor's Office Top Chief Charged With Driving Under The Influence

Somerset County Prosecutor's Office Chief of Detectives, Francisco "Frank" Roman Jr., has been charged with operating under the influence of alcohol or drugs. He is also charged with careless driving. Roman, a 25-year veteran of law enforcement in New Jersey, is scheduled to appear before Someville Municipal Court on April 6. He has served in the office since 2000 and is currently the commander of the Somerset County Emergency Response Team.
