A Lakeside man, Andrew York, was assaulted after he asked a group of drivers to move their cars off a private road near his home. The assault was caught on camera and York sustained serious injuries. A subsequent investigation led to the arrest of a suspect, who was later booked into the San Diego Central Jail for felony battery causing serious bodily injury. York now faces three months of being off his injured leg following surgery.
