Pembroke Man Indicted On Possession, Distribution Of Child Sexual Abuse Images: Merrimack County Indictments

Heaven A. Martin, 24, from Newbury, Newbury has been indicted on aggravated driving while intoxicated, conduct after an accident, and second-degree assault charges, all felonies. She is accused of driving impaired, causing a crash, and injuring another person on Nov. 19, 2025, in Sutton. Dakota Nuckolls, 18, of Danbury, was also indicted on a felony indecent exposure and lewdness charge for sending a picture of his genitals to a child under 16. Edward C. Bagley, 62, from Pembroke, was accused of possessing child sexual abuse images and distributing them via email and messenger. Nicholas Chabot, 47, from Concord, on criminal restraint and three criminal threatening charges, including assault, and possession of fentanyl and methadone charges, were also indicted. Other defendants include Sergio Metes from Pemberember, Myi-Khaill Armstrong, and Michael E. Mailhot from Hillsboro on felon in possession of a dangerous weapon-a dirk knife, possession of meth, and drug possession charges from Henniker.
