Hungary election polls show opposition Tisza widening lead over Orban's Fidesz

The opposition party, Tisza, has a 19-point lead over Prime Minister Viktor Orban's Fidesz in the upcoming Hungary election, according to a poll conducted between March 23 and 28 with a sample size of 1,500. The survey also showed 40% support for Tisz among all voters, while Fideszz was backed by 28%. Another poll conducted by Zavecz Research showed that TIsza's lead widened to 13 points among decided voters, up from 12 points in a February poll. While most polls have shown a narrow lead, Fidez maintains that other surveys show it on track to victory.
