Blast Off! MD Native Leads First Manned Moon Mission In Decades

The Artemis II launch is set to take place from Cape Canaveral, Florida, on Wednesday, with a mission to travel around the globe for 10 days. This is the first time since 1972 that a crew has been on the moon. The mission is led by Reid Wiseman, a Maryland native who grew up in the city.
