The American Culinary Federation (AFM) will host its 56th annual President's Gala at the Indianapolis Zoo. The event, titled "Savannah Soiree," celebrates culinary excellence while raising money for student and professional scholarships. The gala will include a five-course meal, a high school cooking competition, and a silent auction supporting the local culinary community. The High School Small Bite Challenge will return with an expanded prize, including a "golden ticket" to the World Food Championships. Tickets are available for the public through Eventbrite.
