A new luxury apartment complex in Paramus, New Jersey, has opened a lottery for 15 affordable units, with rents starting at $458 per month. The 260-unit Vermella Paramus development is accepting applications for its affordable housing waitlist until May 7. The apartments are expected to be ready for occupancy this spring. All units come with central air conditioning, a dishwasher and an in-unit washer and dryer. Applicants must meet maximum gross income limits based on household size.
