The Arkansas State Police (ASP) assisted in apprehending a shooting suspect, Rickey Lee Ray, following a high-speed pursuit through business and residential areas. The vehicle was involved in a collision with another vehicle, resulting in an overturned vehicle. Both occupants were removed from the vehicle and transported to hospital for evaluation. Ray was later booked on charges of First Degree Battery and Possession of a Firearm by Certain Persons. The driver, Hunter White, faces multiple charges including felony fleeing in a vehicle and possession of drug paraphernalia.
