Police investigate vehicle arson on Kamehameha Highway

Police in Honolulu are investigating an arson investigation after a vehicle was intentionally set on fire. The incident occurred in a store parking lot on Kamehameha Highway around 4 p.m. A 21-year-old man witnessed two juvenile boys pour an accelerant on his parked vehicle. The suspects fled the scene and the vehicle caught fire shortly afterwards. Witnesses identified the suspects as two boys, aged 13 to 14, of Filipino descent. Police are investigating the incident as first-degree arson.
