Police have arrested a 64-year-old Taiwanese national, Chen Jianguo, for allegedly smuggling a designated illegal drug known as "zombie cigarettes" into Japan through Haneda Airport. The drug was discovered during a routine customs inspection during a flight from Malaysia and was poured into bottles disguised as coconut oil to avoid detection. Police are investigating whether an international drug smuggling syndicate orchestrated the shipment.
