A Florida man, Andrew Coletto, has been charged with a felony for pointing a green laser pointer at the other driver's mirrors on I-95. The incident occurred around 8:20 a.m. on March 30, 2026, near the southbound entrance ramp from Southern Boulevard. The laser's impact on the Ford F-150 caused the driver to temporarily lose his vision while driving at highway speeds. Coletto was identified and admitted to pointing the laser, stating that he felt scared when the other vehicle passed him. He is scheduled to appear in court in court on April 29, 2025. No injuries were reported.
