German airline Lufthansa plans to increase weekly flight frequencies between Mexico City International Airport (AICM) and Munich from three to five starting this winter. However, the decision is still pending approval from the AICM, which has yet to approve the new flights. If demand is high, the company plans to maintain these five weekly flights permanently. The company also has no plans for passenger operations at AIFA due to its lack of infrastructure and domestic connections.
