Lincoln County man pleads guilty to wife’s murder

A man from North Carolina has pleaded guilty to second degree murder for the murder of his wife, Elizabeth Pinckney, in 2000. He was sentenced to between 20 and 25 years in prison. The charges stem from the beating and subsequent death of the couple.
