Samantha Pelrine, a 31-year-old officer with the Plymouth Police Department in Massachusetts, and her husband, Daniel Forand, 37, are facing allegations that they raped a boy for years, starting when he was 14. The victim, a male who previously lived with the couple, claims that they sexually assaulted him until 2025. Both Pelrine and Forand have been charged with multiple counts of aggravated rape of a child, including assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, and multiple charges related to indecent assault, battery and aggravated child rape. Pelrine has since been placed on paid administrative leave and under review by the police.
