Bruce Springsteen is set to perform at a No Kings rally in Minneapolis on March 28 and perform his protest song "Streets of Minneapolis," which he released in late January after U.S. citizens Renee Good and Alex Pretti were shot to death by federal ICE agents in Minneapolis. The song, which references Donald Trump as "Trump's private army," was released following the deaths of Good and Pretti. Springsteen's upcoming tour, "Land of Hope & Dreams American Tour," will begin at Minneapolis' Target Center on March 31. Despite concerns about losing fans due to his outspoken anti-Trump politics, Springsteen insists he is ready for the backlash and is confident in his ability to create a band that can be of value to the community.
