The Houston Police Department has released bodycam and surveillance footage of a fatal shooting outside a southwest Houston hotel. The incident occurred shortly after 9 p.m. on February 22. Police responded to reports of a shooting and found Luis Guerrero outside the hotel carrying a rifle. The footage shows Guerrero ignoring police orders to drop the weapon and pointing it towards them. The man was pronounced dead at the scene.
