Man charged with murder in 2024 fentanyl-related death

A man, Freddie Lee Rodriguez, has been charged with murder in relation to a fentanyl-related death that occurred more than two years ago in Austin, Texas. The arrest was made following an extensive investigation by the Williamson County Sheriff's Office's Organized Crime Unit. The man is currently being held in the jail on a $1 million bond.
