Pima County has opened a mobile voting unit, the Votemobile, in Sells, in preparation for the upcoming RTA Next special election. The mobile unit aims to provide voting booths for voters who live outside Tucson. It is funded by the Tohono O’odham Nation and includes three private voting booths, an accessible voting device, and a wheelchair lift. The Votmobile will also be used for voter outreach during non-election periods.
