State Police are expecting charges related to a wrong-way crash on the Fort Duquesne Bridge in Pittsburgh, which occurred late Thursday. The woman driving the Jeep was driving the wrong way and was reportedly combative and tried to leave the scene before being taken to a hospital. The other driver of the vehicle also sustained minor injuries. The incident occurred during a traffic incident.
