Thomas Pellegrino, a Manasquan school board member, has resigned from his position due to personal issues. He is accused of driving under the influence and causing a car accident that left his neighbor, Sarah Dunne, with a 17-year-old son, to run into her living room. The resignation was unanimously approved by the school board.
