A 43-year-old man, Shuichi Kimura, has been arrested by the Kanagawa Prefectural Police for allegedly pushing down a female university student and attempting to perform an indecent act on her, causing injuries including a fractured left leg. The suspect was not acquainted with the victim prior to the incident and fled when she resisted. Police are investigating whether Kimura was involved in these incidents.
