The current owner, Bo Belmont, is reportedly behind on his payments and plans to make $8.5 million in renovations and sell the property for over $50 million. This auction follows a six-figure judgement against handyman Tony Saxon for medical expenses and lost wages. Saxon had previously asked West for $1.7 million.
