Pine Bluff arrest suspect in Wednesday night shooting that left two dead

Two people are dead and one person is in custody following a shooting incident in Pine Bluff, Arkansas, on Wednesday night. The incident occurred shortly after 8 p.m. Police found a vehicle in the ditch and found two men with gunshot wounds, both later pronounced dead. The suspect, 19-year-old Keshawn Franklin, was identified as the shooter. He is facing two charges of capital murder.
