Gina Gershon recalls her nearly breaking Tom Cruise's nose during a love scene during filming for the 1988 movie Cocktail. The scene, which featured a soundtrack by Bobby McFerrin and the Beach Boys, was supposed to be about Cruise's character, Brian Flanagan, swapping his life as a New York City bartender for a vacation in Jamaica. However, she was upset when Cruise accidentally tickled her once, causing her to injure him. Despite her initial reaction, Cruise was unrepentant and has since survived and worked in movies such as the Mission: Impossible franchise, Jack Reacher, and Collateral.
