Youth Mental Health Training Offered At Farmington Valley Health District

The Youth Mental Health First Aid class will be held at the Farmington Valley Health District's offices on March 19 and 26. The class is open to anyone age 18 or older who regularly interact with youth aged 12 to 18. Participants will learn about how to identify, understand, and respond to a young person's mental health or substance use challenge. The training also covers common signs and symptoms of mental health conditions among adolescents.
