Russian authorities have claimed they thwarted a Ukraine-linked bomb plot and arrested a German woman with a makeshift bomb in her backpack. The FSB accused the woman of participating in the plot, which was thwarted by electronic jamming. The woman was reportedly recruited by a citizen from a Central Asian country who was working on orders from Ukraine. This comes after Russia has arrested dozens of its citizens during the four-year conflict.
