Ryan James Davey, a 30-year-old rideshare driver from Cary, has been charged with multiple counts including felony kidnapping, driving while impaired, sexual battery, indecent exposure, having an open container and resisting a public officer. An arrest warrant alleges that Davey sexually assaulted a rider, forcing him to kiss him by force and exposing him to pornography. He is also accused of drinking and driving.
