Memorial Set For MN Soldier Killed In Iran War

Sgt. First Class Nicole Amor was among six U.S. Army Reserve soldiers killed in a drone attack in Kuwait on March 1. The service will be held at Eagle Brook Church in White Bear Lake and Fort Snelling National Cemetery in North Carolina. Amor, who was just days away from returning home to her family, was described as "a rare and special light in this world" by her family as they mourn her loss. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Operation Nikki's Embrace, a nonprofit dedicated to Amor's love of gardening.
