TotalEnergies caps oil prices for consumers amidst 'exceptional volatility'

French oil and gas company, TotalEnergies, has announced it will cap the price of petrol at 1.99 per liter and 2.09 per liter in France. The move comes amidst "exceptional volatility" and will be implemented from March 13 to the end of the month.
