Switzerland's largest bank, UBS, has agreed to settle a lawsuit with whistleblower Trevor Murray, who accused the bank of firing him in 2012 in retaliation for refusing to publish misleading research reports. The parties are expected to reach a final settlement within 30 days. A New York appeals court last year overturned a $2.6 million jury award in favor of Murray, which the Supreme Court had previously reinstated.
