Albuquerque native Belinda Franco snags GAAR’s ‘Realtor of the Year’ award

Albuquerque native Belinda Franco has been named the 2025 Realtor of the Year by the Greater Albuquerque Association of Realtors (GAAR) at its annual awards gala. Franco, a certified mediator, has 15 years of experience in real estate and has been recognized for guiding people through a complicated process. The award came as a surprise to Franco, who received her real estate license in 2011 and became a qualifying broker in 2015. She also serves on several boards and committees through GAAR, the New Mexico Association of Realtors and the National Association of Association ofRealtors. Franco and Teri Hatcher plan to open their own real estate agency in December 2024.
