'Adversity is the number one thing': Coach Hoiberg discusses historic season, March Madness

Coach Rick Hoiberg has been named Big Ten's Coach of the Year and signed a contract extension with the University of Nebraska through the 2031-2932 season. He credits his team's success to the discipline and discipline of Rink, the most disciplined kid I've ever coached, and the success of the team came after Connor Estein and Oogie Oogie were both sidelined due to injuries. Despite setbacks, the team's 3rd consecutive season of 20+ wins for the first time in the history of the program, Hoiberig credits the players' buy-in and buy-out approach. He also credits Nate Lentzer, the defensive coordinator of the defense, for creating a winning culture within the team.
