Celebrity makeup artist Quinn Murphy created a glowing face and smouldering eye for Kate Hudson's TIME100 Gala event. The look was inspired by the 80s Saint Laurent aesthetic. Using Bioeffect, Murphy applied a hydrated base to the face and neck, followed by adding the 3XGF Recovery Eye Serum to the upper and lower lids. Additionally, a deep brown eye pencil was applied to create a soft, smoky frame. The lashes were extended with TAD Beauty 3D Printed Lash Clusters and Stripments.
