Minden Group offers Alzheimer’s advice and emotional support

The Minden Medical Center is inviting family, caregivers, and those living with Alzheimer's and dementia to participate in an Alzheimer's support group on March 26. The group will offer practical advice and essential emotional support to foster solidarity and understanding. The Alzheimer's Association estimates that approximately 95,000 people aged 65 and older are living with the disease in Louisiana, representing approximately 12% of the state's senior population. The support group will meet at 2:00 p.m.
