Am Amesbury, Massachusetts, firefighters have made an award-winning eight-pepper chili for their department. The chili, created by firefighter-paramedic Patrick Knott, includes ingredients such as onions, green and red bell peppers, fresnos, poblanos, and adobo sauce. Knott also incorporates ground beef, chorizo, and his mom's death pepper mix. The team celebrates the success of their food by calling it a clean bowl club victory.
