Online influencer known as Clavicular, whose real name is Braden Peters, has been arrested in Florida on a misdemeanor battery charge related to a video brawl between Peters' girlfriend and another influencer. The Osceola County Sheriff’s Office determined that Peters instigated the fight and posted it on social media to exploit the two women. The arrest was not related to Peters' apparent shooting of an alligator during a livestream. The Florida Fish and Wildlife Commission is investigating the shooting. Despite his controversial and offensive content, Peters has maintained his innocence and disregard for political correctness.
